These terms govern direct purchases of SeventyQuota licenses on this site; purchases made on the Mac App Store are governed by Apple's terms.
The purchase grants a personal, perpetual license for your Macs, updates included. The price shown on the site applies; the seller is not subject to VAT. Payment is processed by Mollie B.V.; we never see your banking data.
The license key is delivered by email immediately after payment, together with the invoice. 14-day money-back guarantee on request at info@seventylabs.ch; refunded or disputed payments lead to license revocation.
The application is provided as is; liability is limited to the price paid. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction: Sion, Switzerland.
